Based on the NYTimes best selling novel by Franz Werfel, and inspiration for the Oscar and Golden Globe Award winning film, Song of Bernadette is a new musical that tells the true story of Bernadette Soubirous, a young impoverished girl living in the backwoods of nineteenth century France. One day while collecting firewood for her family she sees a mysterious apparition at the grotto at Massabielle. This vision starts her down on a journey that would change her, her family and the town of Lourdes forever.
